By downloading, installing, or using Kalon, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Kalon is a personal strategy coaching application. It uses a behavioral assessment across 7 psychological dimensions and AI-generated Stop/Start/Shift recommendations to help you identify patterns and experiment with small behavioral changes. Kalon is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or provide clinical advice of any kind.

You agree to use Kalon for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: reverse-engineer the app or its AI systems; attempt to extract, reconstruct, or replicate AI prompts, persona logic, or proprietary algorithms; use automated tools to access the service; or use Kalon in ways that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

Levers, insights, reflections, and follow-up questions are generated by AI based on your behavioral profile, feedback patterns, and journal entries. This content is personalized guidance — not professional advice. You should exercise your own judgment when deciding whether to follow any recommendation.

Kalon offers optional behavioral data collection (health, location, screen time, photo metadata) that you can independently enable or disable at any time. These permissions enhance the personalization of your recommendations but are never required. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Kalon, including its design, persona system, 7-dimension diagnostic framework, scoring engine, voice system, and behavioral intervention methodology are proprietary. AI-generated content delivered to you (levers, reflections, insights) is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. The underlying prompts, templates, persona rules, and generation logic remain our intellectual property.

Your use of Kalon is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, what we share with third-party services, and your rights regarding your data. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You can manage all data permissions from Settings within the app.

Kalon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Kalon One in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all associated data from your device and our servers. This action cannot be undone.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Kalon shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US law.

We may update these terms as Kalon evolves. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
